First and foremost. Our call center hours remain unaffected. We’ve equipped our customer service agents with the hardware and technology to continue taking your calls remotely. Team members are standing by, to assist with billing or account inquiries, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 1 PM.
Secondly, if your family has been affected by Coronavirus, please let us know. We offer deferred payment options and payment plans if you need assistance. Just give us a call at 855-524-2746 and a customer care agent will review your options.
Finally, we are reviewing our energy costs daily to ensure we’re able to keep our prices as low as possible. Our “My Account” online customer portal remains live on our homepage – where you can access your account, pay your bill or review your usage 24/7.
