Action Needed: New Customer Portal

Set up your new account to pay your bill.

Follow the steps below:

Find Your New Account 

Chariot emailed you your new account number on April 1.

If you already have it, proceed to Step 2.

If you don’t, click Find New Account below.

Activate Your New Account

You will need:

The first eight digits of your new account number. 

The email address associated with your Chariot Energy account.

Login to Your New Account

Log in with your new password by clicking the Account Login button below.

Welcome to the new portal

You can now make payments in your new portal! 

To proceed with making a payment, please click ‘Make a Payment’ below.  Payments can now only be made through the new portal.

Original Account Information

Old Account Number, Past Bills and Other Previous Account Details

Visit the legacy login page by clicking Legacy Account Login below.  Use your Login ID and old password to log in.  Upon successful login, you will have access to your old account number, past bills and other previous account details.
