*2026 Referral Disclaimer

Referrers will receive bill credit within 90 days after the referred customer has satisfied all referral eligibility requirements. Bill credits may not be exchanged for cash payments and will only apply to the account in the referrer’s name based on his or her assigned referral code and using promocode REF1. Referred customers may not refer themselves. Self-referrals are not eligible to receive bill credits. Referred customers will receive his or her bill credit within 90 days after remaining an active Chariot Energy customer for at least sixty (60) consecutive days from the service start date and completing at least one on-time, paid-in-full bill payment. The referred customer’s account must remain active and in good standing throughout the sixty (60) day qualification period to receive the bill credit. Both the referrer and referred customer bill credits are contingent upon the referred customer meeting all eligibility requirements. If the referred customer rescinds enrollment, cancels service, is disconnected for non-payment, or otherwise ceases to be an active Chariot Energy customer prior to completing the sixty (60) day qualification period, neither the referrer nor the referred customer will be eligible to receive bill credits. Customers who transfer active Chariot Energy service to another eligible service address during or after the qualification period may remain eligible for referral incentives provided service remains active and in good standing throughout the qualification period. 

 Should customer discontinue service with Chariot Energy as a customer, he or she will not be entitled to a payout on negative balances generated by referral credits. Bill credits are applied at the account level and should you transfer your service to another location, your bill credits will still be applicable. Chariot Energy reserves the right to change or terminate this program at any time. The refer-a-friend bill credit is not valid with any other offers or promotions. Referral incentives only apply to new enrollments submitted between July 15th, 2026 and December 31st, 2026. 

Program subject to change or end at the sole discretion of Chariot Energy without notice. Referral incentives will only be paid on accounts which have been referred with a valid customer referral code and on specific Chariot Energy products available under promocode REF1 through the online referral page at chariotenergy.com/referral. Chariot Energy reserves the right to cap the amount of referral credit accumulated by customers.
